Shipping

Deliveries
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days by courier.  The courier will need a signature upon receipt.  If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

International Deliveries
We dispatch to any address outside Spain please contact us for further information.

Returns
If you are not satisfied, we will refund your money.
Returning an unused item, you will be refunded within the maximum 30 day period by the method of payment used for the purchase.

Smart Smoker Spain will not be liable for postage for returns unless the product is faulty.

If you have a faulty item we will send you the relevant spare part rather than returning the full product.

Should you wish to return an item please contact us first quoting your order number and name/address.
